  Standards of Professional Practice

All home inspections in Arizona must be conducted in accordance with the State Board of Technical Registration Standards of Professional Practice (AZSOP). These standards are the guidelines that set the minimum bar for how a home inspection is conducted and reported.

The Rules and Standards Committee has created a Report Evaluation Checklist to help the Arizona Home Inspector write a report that complies with the AZSOP.
